Ethical Issues
Privacy and Respect- Photographers have to respect peoples needs and privacy. For example, if its a wedding, the photographer would not want to bombard the bride and take lots of photos when she's getting ready, making her feel uncomfortable throughout the day, or job. The photographer has to respect her privacy and maintain a relaxed and professional approach leading to better, more natural photographs.
As a photographer, it is important that you have permission off the model to take photos of them and possibly sell them on, whether to magazines, or to use yourself. To do this you must make sure that the model signs a 'Model Release Form' like below.

Photography Insurance.
There are Three main types of insurance for photographers. they are; Insurance against equipment, Professional Indemnity & Public Liability.
-Insurance against equipment is used for whether there is an incident, or accident which damages equipment for example when the photographer is doing a job, slips and breaks his lens, he will be covered for the lens.
-Professional Indemnity is insurance for if the photographer makes a mistake, or for example wipes off all the photos they took, it will pay for a re-shoot.
- Public Liability is insuring you that you injure someone during a photo shoot, for example if somebody tripped over your camera wires and injured themselves you would be insured to pay for treatment if needed.
